Any changes to your commission regarding the design or types of stones etc, must be decided before the ring is finished, so that I can carry out adjustments before setting stones etc.
My guarantee. I will refund your money, if claimed up to 7 days after you actually received your purchase - so long as the ring is returned in new and undamaged condition. I cannot offer refunds on specially commissioned work, but I do try very hard to make sure the result is what you wanted. It's up to me to ensure you are a happy customer,
then you can refer your friends to me with total confidence. The UK Hall mark on my work is proof of a precious metal assay for the specified standard, but I sometimes use a higher purity of metal than is shown on the Hall mark.
The precious metal and gemstones are sourced wherever possible from fair trade, fairmined or ethical suppliers. I'm happy to use man-made gemstone alternatives which are very attractive, such as moissanite, ruby, sapphire, opal, alexandrite etc, which provide an ethical alternative to mined diamonds or gemstones.
To get a new order under way requires a deposit, with the balance to be paid on completion of the work, prior to delivery. A receipt will be sent immediately for any payment.
I take payments by cheque, bank transfer, or by sending customers a PayPal invoice, in which case payment is made at the PayPal secure website (I do not request or retain any card information). Almost any credit card can be used for payment and normal card protection applies.
Packages for the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. International post is usually sent by Royal Mail Airsure or FedEx.
Phone or email me to discuss a potential order - you can have a different coloured gold to what is shown in a picture, or I can make it in silver - even with diamonds (the diamonds would be in white or yellow gold settings) and can set almost any stone, or stones. I normally send a quote within two working days and will acknowledge all emails ASAP.
With regard to ring sizing, I can send you a finger-sizing gauge free of charge. Just call or email me and I'll get one off to you!
Delivery of your order is about two to six weeks, depending on the job in question or workload. Contact me any time to check progress.
